At Supima Cotton Luxury by Christy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium linens. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your Supima cotton items and place them back in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
